About Us
Dora Lee, DDS
Just like “Dora the Explorer,” Dr. Dora Lee has traveled to many parts of the world. She was born in Germany, and lived in South Korea for a few years before immigrating to the United States. She has lived in Maryland, Texas, Georgia and California.
Dr. Lee received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her DDS degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. After completing one year of General Practice Residency at the University Medical Center at Fresno, she discovered that children’s dentistry was her passion and decided to specialize. She attended the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio, where she earned her specialty certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Lee, as a pediatric specialist, upholds the highest standards of dental care for children, and possesses the expertise in the psychological and emotional aspects of working with children to make every appointment a positive experience.
Dr. Lee’s dedication and commitment are evident in many years of serving the indigent children of California with the UCLA/USC Mobile Clinic during dental school. She also donates several Saturdays each year to treat children in Mexico and each Sunday develops relationships with the homeless through her church group Love LA. Additionally, she lectures in Pediatric Dentistry to general practice residents to help them fulfill their pediatric dentistry requirements. She is an active member of the:

Dr. Lee is committed to providing exceptional care to her patients and families. Her practice successfully merges the newest technology of dentistry in a welcoming and warm environment for the entire family. Dr. Lee’s love of the vitality and peace of the beach became the inspiration for the exquisite design of her office environment which is caring and calming, as well as fun for children and their parents.
“My philosophy as a dentist is to provide care for my patients with excellence and to foster an appreciation for oral health in the most caring and fun environment.” Her bright vision is to expertly serve the community and to further the awareness of oral health and general health. She enjoys running, playing with her dogs, Sammy and Sheba, and is currently learning how to golf. She possesses a love for the arts and is an oil painter with a current interest in abstract.
